Bilingual Internal Communications Manager

Requirements:

§ Fluency in French and English

§ In-depth knowledge/understanding of OQLF and compliance requirements. Experience creating the corporate roadmap to meet OQLF requirements.

§ Successfully developed / enhanced an existing internal communications department


Your Deliverables:

§ OQLF compliance and keeping abreast of legislative requirements

§ Developing the corporate internal communication strategy, look and feel and associated protocols.

§ Creating the national internal communication protocol and the process of authorizing/vetting/sharing communication pieces.

§ Experience working closely with stakeholders; writing or editing leadership communication pieces across multiple platforms.

§ Writing CEO and executive messages and communications

§ Providing internal communication counsel to stakeholders; working closely with leadership around business strategy, brand guidelines.

§ Develop short term/long term strategies for building an internal communications strategy in Quebec.

§ Create content for internal announcements, newsletters and digital platforms

§ Work with global internal communications team for intranet or social media deliverables.


Additional Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field

Fully fluent in French and English

5+ years in internal or corporate communications work
